Distributed Interviewing
The advantages of a centralized approach to data collection are obvious, providing a client a single point of contact for all aspects of fieldwork, consistency in administration every step of the way and a world-class team of supervisors to monitor all interviewing. In distributed interviewing, we retain all of these benefits, yet add one additional advantage – lower cost interviewers based in the country in which the data collection is being done. These interviewers operate under the direct control of the RONIN supervisory team, who monitor them on the phone as well as use specialized reporting and monitoring software to control quality and productivity of all interviews. Only RONIN can make this work for we use our multi-lingual staff in London to monitor these interviews, regardless of where they are being conducted.
