How We Work
We provide a full array of services to our data collection clients from which they may pick and choose based upon their own business model and the needs of the study. Our overriding philosophy is the same for all projects, however, and that is to designate a single point of contact, the research executive, who is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the study.
Typically, data collection studies start with delivery of the questionnaire which we review and prepare for programming. At the same time the translations are done so that they are ready for input into the programmed script. Back translation of the questionnaire is typically a part of the process.
After the research exec has tested the programmed script, a link is provided to the client for review. Simultaneous with programming is sample preparation so that the study can go into the field as soon as the client script is approved.
Once in the field, the client can review fieldwork progress through the project portal which shows real-time statistics on completions by country, along with the incidence rate. Specialized portals capturing other information can be developed to meet unique client requirements.
Translations of verbatim responses and/or coding are common functions that we perform, and our team of in-house language experts delivers fast and accurate results.
Data can be delivered to a specific client-defined map, or as a standard output file. Our in-house staff prepares cross-tabulations.
The research executive is available to the client throughout the study to answer any questions that may arise.
