One-Stop-Shop
No single company can develop panels that cover all medical specialties in all countries. That means that for multi-country studies, someone has to assume the arduous task of “consolidator” – contracting with the various panel providers, ensuring the quality of the panels, and making sure the work is completed on time and on schedule. Moreover, sometimes no quality panels exist, requiring phone center support to implement the job.
RONIN has stepped up to this challenge through a capability we call RONIN One-Stop-Shop (ROSS). We will do whatever it takes to get good data. If RONIN’s panels can meet the job’s requirements, we shall use them. We’ll engage our associates for specialties or countries not covered in our own panel. And, we’ll use our phone center as the back-up should any of the panels fall short of the agreed-upon number of interviews.
Throughout the field period, the client has access to fieldwork completion rates through the browser-based portal—regardless of how the data is being collected.
ROSS also has the availability of the RONIN Verify system in which we call respondents to confirm their appropriateness to have participated in the study. Any percentage can be called and verified – 10%, 50% or even all 100%. This is, of course, in addition to the normal statistical checks used to identify and eliminate speeders (panelists who complete interviews in less than half the average completion time) and flat-liners.
