Harry F. Bunn, President and CEO
Harry founded RONIN in 1986 and has been CEO of the corporation since that time. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President with PA Consulting Group managing two international divisions and providing marketing strategy consulting to technology and telecommunications companies.
In RONIN, Harry has managed a wide range of engagements, adding a strategic perspective to market research studies. He has introduced new visions and technology into RONIN to make it a world leader in innovations and the processes for collecting and analyzing the insight fundamental for business decisions and success.
Lois B. Hilimire, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Lois has been employed by RONIN since 1990, working in both a senior management operations capacity and as a senior consultant heavily involved in project work. She was formerly the Vice President of Marketing for the Information Products Group of CA. Prior to that, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Chase Econometrics. She served on the Boards of Directors of Chase Econometrics and Interactive Data Corporation.
On engagements, Lois uses her senior marketing management experience to assist clients in all aspects of market planning, including identification of the optimal target customer, the selection and deployment of channels, pricing, and marketing communication. She works on all topics and technologies pertinent to the IT sector.
Volker Balk, General Manager, London
As General Manager in London, Volker is responsible for the operation of RONIN’s global data collection operation, including phone, Web, panels, and all of the departments that are needed to support data collection – project management, programming, translation, coding, cross-tab generation, and data output, In addition, Volker is RONIN’s quality expert, using his membership in ESOMAR, MRS (Market Research Society), CQI (Chartered Quality Institute) and IQCS (Interviewer Quality Control Scheme) to instill a strong culture of quality in the organization. Volker is a board member of IQCS, which has been instrumental in spearheading the drive for quality control throughout the Market Research industry.
