As adherents to The ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice, RONIN Corporation takes the privacy of all contributors of research information very seriously.
RONIN Corporation would like to thank you for taking part in this genuine market research survey and for visiting our web site. We are not trying to sell or promote anything in our surveys. We promise that, in obtaining your cooperation, we will not mislead you about the nature of the research or the use, which will be made of the findings. The answers you give us will be treated as confidential unless you have given your consent to the contrary. In the relatively few instances where we ask you for permission to pass data on in a form which allows you to be personally identified, we will ensure that the information will be used only for the purposes stated. We will not send you unsolicited mail or pass on your email addresses to others for this purpose. Taking part in our surveys will cost you nothing apart from your normal internet connection. As with all forms of marketing and opinion research, your cooperation is voluntary at all times. We will not seek any personal information from or about you, without your prior knowledge and agreement. You are entitled at any stage of the interview, or subsequently, to ask that part or all of the record of your interview be destroyed or deleted. Wherever reasonable and practical we will carry out such a request. We try our best not to interview children without first getting the permission of their parents, though we cannot always assure this to be the case. We use cookies and other similar devices sparingly and only for quality control, validation and to prevent bothersome repeat surveying. You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are being placed on your computer. You can also delete cookies by adjusting your browser settings. We automatically capture information about your browser type in order to deliver an interview best suited to your software. We do no other invisible processing of data from your computer.
Our web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Only certain employees have access to the information you provide us. They have access only for data analysis and quality control purposes.

Incentives
Members of our panels may be offered incentives to undertake surveys. Typically this is for self-completed web-surveys but on occasion this may be offered for telephone surveys. The incentives can take a variety of forms including delivery of valuable white papers, participation in sweepstakes or cash-based incentives.
Incentives are only offered to survey respondents subject to there not being any legal impediment to the respondent accepting them e.g. US Federal Government employees, or any company policy which would preclude the respondent from accepting the incentive. In conducting surveys we shall ask if there is any impediment. It is the responsibility of the respondent to answer these questions truthfully. RONIN takes no responsibility in this other than acting on the answers given.
Through the RONIN Incentive site, the incentives can be paid to the individual or the International Red Cross (unless otherwise specified). The respondent can input any name and address to which the incentive will be provided.
Incentives are payable only when a survey is completely finished – if you leave a survey before it is complete, the incentive is not payable.
For web-based incentives, at the end of the survey, you will be transferred to our incentive web-site. Your account will be credited when you reach the incentive web site if you are already registered. If you have not registered, you will be asked to enter your details so that you may claim your incentive.
Incentives may be claimed through PayPal in most countries. In countries where PayPal is not available, a check for the amount will be mailed to you. In some cases, when you cash or deposit this check your bank may charge you a fee. Payment of this will be your responsibility not that of RONIN.
Incentives may be claimed at the time of the interview or later. To claim the incentives at a later date, go to https://www.ronin-rewards.com/, enter your email address and password and select the amount of your accumulated incentives that you wish to redeem. Incentives expire after 12 months.
Panelists should allow 10-12 weeks for the processing of any incentive claimed.
Any payment received for participation in RONIN research is intended solely as compensation for the physician's time and experience.
Compensation:
1. Has not been determined in a manner that takes into account the value of any business
2. Is not intended to reward the physician for his/her use of any product(s)
3. Is not to induce the physician to use any product
