Our research philosophy
Our roots are in marketing consulting, so our philosophy has always stressed the result of the research and how it can be used practically by our clients to further their business objectives. This has led us to employ staff who know the technology and the industry drivers in which our clients are operating. It has shown us that, for the high technology industries, the marketplace must be viewed at a global level, not just one or two of the major markets. It has driven us to be able to provide the insight quickly, since the changes in these industries are not measured in months and years.
But we are also aware that the data that is used to support our recommendations must be of the highest quality and we have focused a large part of our business on ensuring that we deliver that quality. We started with a focus on data collection to support our IT and Telecommunications clients, but once we proved the power of our data collection engine, we moved to supporting another challenging industry – the medical and pharmaceutical sector. Today we are known for our ability to gain the cooperation of difficult-to-reach audiences across a range of sectors and titles, including C-Suite, business management, specialized job roles and a range of medical specialists.
Our operating model is global, but with centralized control
All data collection is managed from London, regardless of the geographic region or regions being studied. Using this approach, studies can be completed faster, more consistently, to reliable schedules, with data consolidation and output performed faster.
