21 Years and Counting
In 2019 RONIN is celebrating 21 years of operating in the UK. Take a look at some of these facts from over the years...
1998
- RONIN has conducted over 4 million interviews since 1998. In 2019 roughly 60% of our interviews are conducted online and 40% by phone.
1999
- In 1999 RONIN internal Healthcare and IT Decision Makers Panels were established.
- This was also the year of our first online hosted survey, which was with IT Managers in the Unites States.
2000
- Our first Healthcare Professional study was completed by postal questionnaire in 2000.
- Since 2000, a representative for RONIN has sat on the IQCS(Interviewer Quality Control Scheme) Council every year.
2006
- RONIN was the first market research company to certify to ISO 20252 in 2006.
2014
- In the last 5 years RONIN has interviewed in 43 different languages and across more than 80 countries.
2016
- Since 2016 RONIN has been part of The Fat Media Group, a digital marketing agency. Our social media recruitment approach started in 2017.
2018
- Our Internal translation team delivered 1.6 million words of language translations in 2018.
2019
- RONIN remains the only Bain NPS accredited CATI centre in the UK.
