Survey Participation Notes

 

RONIN surveys are opinion-based with no right or wrong answers, and there will be no sensitive information asked to you. All your answers will be reported anonymously, and data will be treated confidentially. In any case, if there is anything that you do not feel comfortable to answer, you can withhold information as you see fit. You can also withdraw your consent to take part at any time during the process. 

Data will be treated confidentially. All information provided will not be passed on to third parties and your answers won’t be linked to your name or your organisation. We conduct all studies in accordance with the MRS Code of Conduct. Please visit www.ronin.com/privacy for more information.

Please provide your email address to take part in RONIN surveys. Your name and email address will only be used to send you the survey link and the reward for completing this survey. In case you don't receive the survey in your inbox, please kindly check the junk/spam folder or contact us, quoting your reference number.

Before a survey starts, we will ask you a few quick questions to confirm your professional profile and experience, to make sure the survey is relevant to you.

Rewards will be paid for fully completed surveys. On completion, you will be redirected to the RONIN Rewards website after submitting the last question, where you can choose your reward method. Please click “next” and you will be redirected momentarily. After registering / logging into your RONIN Rewards account, please go to “New Incentives” and select your reward method. The rewards can be redeemed via PayPal, Amazon voucher, or donated to a charity supported by RONIN (British Red Cross and UNICEF). Payments will arrive at the end of the entire project subject to satisfactory quality checks. Timings differ for each project, but in most cases payments will arrive within 4-8 weeks.

Alternatively, if you experience any issue setting up your Rewards account with the self-service system, our Rewards team ([email protected]) will get be in touch within 14 working days of completion to set up your RONIN Rewards account manually. The subject of the email is "RONIN International / Your Incentive" and it is sent from [email protected]. Please kindly check your junk/spam box in case the email doesn’t land in your inbox. After receiving their emails, please make sure to log into the account and select the reward preference, so that the RONIN Rewards team can make the payments accordingly as soon as this project is fully closed. For reward related queries, please contact Sarah Taylor at [email protected] and the reward team at [email protected], quoting project reference number in your email.

Please kindly note that RONIN incentive payments are subject to satisfactory quality control checks. We reserve the right to withhold awarding incentives to a participant if, in RONIN International’s reasonable view, a member’s survey question responses are untruthful or invalid, if a survey is proceeded too quickly, if there are nonsense open ender answers, if insufficient attention was given in answering survey questions, if the open ender answers are from copy and paste, or if there is any evidence that the same survey has been taken by the same respondent multiple times.
