Methodology
The study was built on 76 one-to-one, 60-minute in-depth interviews to ensure a high level of detail and personal insight. We focused on a niche audience of C-suite leaders and senior banking decision-makers across 7 key markets: the US, UK, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, and India. Challenges
- Targeting a Niche Audience: The primary challenge was the requirement for senior and highly specific participants. This included C-suite leaders and senior decision makers such as CEOs, CFOs, and Managing Directors.
- Complex Criteria: Participants were required to be the main or joint decision makers for banking and financial services. Furthermore, every individual had to fulfill strict "Internationalist" criteria, mirroring the specific standards laid out for consumer recruits while maintaining professional corporate standing.
- Global Diversity: We needed to secure engagement from these hard to reach professionals across a wide range of organizations, spanning from small and medium enterprises to large global corporates.
Our Approach
To reach such a specialized group, we used a targeted, high-touch strategy that prioritized precision and coordination:
- Manual Profile Vetting: To ensure data quality, we implemented a manual verification process for every participant. We reviewed each profile individually to confirm their relevance and decision-making authority before they were invited to the study.
- Efficient Global Coordination: Managing strict quotas across seven different time zones required a split-team strategy. By dividing the targeting between specialized recruitment teams, we maintained a focused and efficient delivery across all markets simultaneously.
