Marking her first year in the organization, Krizhia Pacunla serves as the Research Resources Coordinator, actively involved in the end-to-end hiring process, onboarding, training, and monitoring of new researchers.
 
Krizhia is one of the earliest members of Ronin Hong Kong and among the first market researchers from the Philippines. She began as a Market Researcher in 2024, then as a Senior Digital Researcher, assisting with digital fieldwork while also taking on hiring responsibilities for the department. She graduated with a degree in Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

Ignatius is a Digital Research Supervisor, responsible for overseeing project operations and ensuring effective coordination between research teams and project managers. The role focuses on facilitating clear communication, leading efficient and accurate recruitment, and addressing challenges that may arise throughout the process.

Beginning a career in Market Research in 2023, Ignatius gained experience with several Indonesian market research firms after graduating from the International Relations program at Universitas Gadjah Mada. He values open communication and strategic delegation as essential to supporting a dynamic and growing team.

Hana plays a role in supporting digital researchers and overseeing project supervision, while also contributing to the daily operations of the RONIN Hong Kong team. Her primary focus is ensuring that digital researchers align with project requirements and objectives.

Having entered the field of Market Research in 2024, Hana brings a strong academic background, having previously worked as an Academic Researcher in Political Science. This experience has equipped her with a broad understanding of various research methodologies. Hana plays a role in supporting digital researchers and overseeing project supervision, while also contributing to the daily operations of the RONIN Hong Kong team. Her focus is on ensuring effective communication and collaboration among digital researchers, helping to streamline workflow and drive project success.
