Challenges
- Inability to target specific cities from our existing participant database necessitated extensive cold outreach.
- Quota Complexity: Difficult coordination due to balancing diverse expert groups across multiple industries and geographic/nationality constraints, leading to frequent quota imbalances.
Our Approach
Securing time with global tech drivers and high-level academics required a proactive strategy that went beyond standard databases:
- Executive Outreach: Because the study required very specific geographic and expertise profiles, we moved beyond our existing database. We utilized a combination of verified digital platforms and our own senior executive network to secure interest from these "hard-to-reach" thought leaders.
- Balanced Quota Management: Coordinating diverse expert groups across multiple industries and nationalities created significant complexity. We solved this by splitting the workload between specialized recruitment teams, ensuring that any quota imbalances were corrected quickly through focused, regional targeting.
- Global Team Synergy: By utilizing a multi-team delivery strategy, we were able to navigate the various time zones and professional schedules of global futurists and public sector leaders, delivering a consistent and high-quality participant pool for the client.
