Methodology
This was a global qualitative study using 60-minute in-depth interviews with specialist technology leaders. Recruitment was carried out through executive networks, targeted outreach, and specialist sourcing, helping secure expert voices beyond standard panel approaches. RONIN managed the project end to end, from recruitment and scheduling through to execution, and provided transcripts for non-English interviews alongside audio files for client-led English interviews.
