RONIN International has appointed David Draghici as Global Operations Director, strengthening its global market research operations, project delivery and international growth across Europe and Asia.

International B2B market research specialist RONIN International has appointed David Draghici as Global Operations Director, tasked with strengthening the company’s global project delivery capabilities and supporting continued innovation across its international locations.
In his new role, David will lead RONIN’s global Operations function, overseeing teams working across online, phone and expert network services, including project management, online and offline recruitment, survey scripting and AI implementation. He will focus on strengthening operational processes, improving delivery efficiency, and ensuring teams have the tools, systems and performance metrics needed to support high-quality project execution.
David brings nearly 20 years of experience in market research operations leadership, having held senior roles across Europe and APAC. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Operational Hubs at Ipsos. Before that, he spent more than 13 years at Dynata, where his most recent role was VP, Operations EMEA & APAC. Across these roles, he led operational teams, supported multi-market delivery, and helped build scalable delivery models across Romania, Bulgaria and the Philippines.
At RONIN, David will lead a delivery department already based across the UK, Europe and North America, and recently strengthened by team growth across the APAC region, including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia and the Philippines.
His appointment marks an important step in RONIN’s continued international growth, particularly as the company builds multi-location delivery centres and strengthens collaboration across regions. David will work to drive greater consistency, innovation and performance across RONIN’s global operations, helping teams deliver complex research projects with efficiency, quality and data integrity.
