RONIN International has appointed David Draghici as Global Operations Director, strengthening the company’s global operations structure as it continues to grow across international market research markets.
In his new role, David will lead RONIN’s global Operations function, overseeing teams responsible for project delivery across CATI, Digital, Project Management and Survey Solutions. He will focus on strengthening operational processes, improving delivery efficiency, and ensuring teams have the tools, systems and performance metrics needed to support high-quality research project execution.
David brings nearly 20 years of experience in operations, having started his career as a Project Manager before moving into senior leadership roles across Europe and APAC. His background includes managing teams across multiple locations, improving delivery processes, and establishing operational hubs in Romania, Bulgaria and the Philippines.
His appointment marks an important step in RONIN’s continued international growth, particularly as the company expands its presence across Asia. With operations teams in London, Hamburg, Manila and Hong Kong, David will work to drive greater consistency, collaboration and performance across regions, directly impacting client experience and market research project delivery.
This appointment reflects RONIN’s ongoing investment in its international research capabilities and its commitment to delivering complex projects with consistency, efficiency and strong operational oversight across markets.
