However, my heart and dedication have been anchored at RONIN for over 15 years, where I currently serve as the Managing Director.

My focus has always been on mastering international data collection, especially within challenging B2B segments, opinion formers, and other unique survey groups. At RONIN, I've emphasised the importance of understanding these hard-to-reach markets, ensuring we provide valuable insights to our clients. As the Managing Director, I oversee all of RONIN's operations, guaranteeing that our team’s work aligns with the highest standards of data collection and analysis.

David is the SVP of Sales at RONIN, bringing 17 years of experience in data collection, particularly in complex multi-country B2B and Opinion Leader projects. His expertise includes CATI and online quant and qual data collection, focusing on financial services, agriculture, and media buying sectors. David adopts a consultative approach to effectively meet clients' challenging needs and is a Certified Member of the MRS, as well as a former board member of the IQCS.

As a Research Director at RONIN, I have a dual role of engaging with new and existing clients to work on sales opportunities and help understand their business challenges and how RONIN can best support with our primary data solutions and services.

I also oversee the delivery of analysis, reporting and strategic data driven recommendations provided by RONIN.

Having worked in the MR industry for over 20 years, I enjoy consulting with clients on their day-to-day challenges, ideally providing best methods, approaches and solutions to address these.

I have a core focus in B2B research, specifically for sectors and subject such as Finance, Sustainable energy solutions, Biopharma/ Life science and foreign investment opportunities and growth.

Skilled in both Qualitative and Quantitative methods, it's more about designing and selecting the right approach or combination of options to best answer and address the research objectives of today and tomorrow.

Bringing 23 years of market research experience, David's professional journey has seen him hold senior roles within scripting, analysis, project management, and operations. David's distinctive forte lies with his flair for technology, seamlessly incorporating cutting-edge tools and methodologies into client-centric strategies. His unwavering commitment to excellence remains at the forefront, as he consistently ensures that his teams commitment to top-tier client service remains paramount.

I’ve been in the market research industry for 26 years, the last 22 specifically within business development at RONIN. I enjoy seeing and advising on the ever-evolving recruitment and data collection methods that have emerged over the years. As the current Head of North America for RONIN, I lead a dedicated team that provides timely consultation, support, and delivers valid and reliable projects for a unique RONIN experience.

Throughout my 14 years in Market Research, I’ve gained industry experience from various angles. I started my career at one of the largest global research companies and over 10 years, took on both internal and client-facing roles for a rounded view of the industry. I learnt the value of client service excellence and experienced first-hand how research is applied within end users’ organisations. These years set me up for managing full-service data collection for corporate clients as well as MR Agencies, with an understanding of what’s required end-to-end to reach the desired final output.

My focus is to build trust for long-term relationships, and I strongly believe in honesty and transparency for successful RONIN partnerships.
